The working environment is very friendly and open. Members at FCJ are always willing to help when I encounter difficulties, even outside working hours. The workspace is neat and comfortable, helping me stay focused.
2. Support from Mentor / Team Admin
The mentor provides very detailed guidance. The admin team supports procedures, documentation, and creates favorable conditions for me to work effectively.
3. Alignment Between Work and Academic Major
The tasks assigned to me align well with the knowledge I have learned at university, while also expanding into new areas I had not been exposed to before. This allows me to both strengthen my foundational knowledge and gain practical skills.
4. Learning Opportunities & Skill Development
During the internship, I learned many new skills such as using project management tools, teamwork skills, and professional communication in a corporate environment. The mentor also shared practical experiences that helped me better orient my career path.

The company culture is very positive: everyone respects each other, works seriously while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. During urgent projects, everyone collaborates and supports each other regardless of position. This made me feel like part of the team, even as an intern.
